Our firm carries out audits based on client’s engagement instruction to:
- Examine the books and records of the client for the purpose of statutory and annual reports and accounts in line with the requirements of the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990.
- Ensure that the financial statements reflect a true and fair view of the financial position of the client at the balance sheet date and of the results for the year ended on that date.
- Ensure that the financial statements have been prepared using appropriate accounting basis and policies applied consistently from year to year.
- See that the client has maintained proper accounting records.
